The Old Granary Self-catering accommodation for two guests with splash pool
If you fancy a short break in the Corrèze, you’re planning a tour around France, a house-hunting trip, or just want to get away from it all – we have just the place for you.
Set in a tiny hamlet, high in the hills and surrounded by forest, you’ll find The Old Granary. About 6km from Chamberet and 14km from the beautiful lake at Treignac this newly renovated, lovely old stone barn is hidden away behind our home with a terrace, its own private garden and a splash pool.
The Old Granary is ideal for a couple, is completely self-contained and has an open plan design. The pine-furnished double bedroom is on an open mezzanine to the rear and this overlooks the lounge, in which you’ll find a small wood-burning stove, a settee, a TV which has both French and English channels, a dining table and kitchenette.CLICK ON PHOTO FOR SECOND IMAGE
A DVD player and CD player are provided with a selection of DVDs for your use. There are also some books and board games.CLICK ON PHOTO FOR SECOND IMAGE
A small cloakroom at the rear leads into a shower room fitted with shower, wc, hand basin and cupboard.
Please note that we only supply hand towels, so kindly bring your own shower and beach towels.
All fuel costs are included.
Kitchen facilities include a sink, fridge, four ringed hob, an oven, coffee machine, kettle, glassware, crockery and utensils. 
The private stone terrace has patio furniture and a barbecue for your use during the summer months.
In the garden there is a private, unsupervised splash pool which is available during the summer months.
The pool is of the inflatable variety; size: 1m deep, 4.5m diameter.
Sun loungers are set up near the pool and there is further garden behind The Old Granary for guests use.
