A restaurant with views over the lake is situated just opposite the chalets and within a few minutes walk you will find the beach with its children's play area and its friendly bar-restaurant, open from May until September, serving throughout the day, with entertainment some evenings.
Only a couple of minutes drive and you're into the beautiful little town of Treignac, officially designated one of the most beautiful villages in France, which boasts a 12th century church, lovely old stone houses set into steep hillside and the River Vezere running in a deep gorge through the bottom.
Correze, Limousin is the perfect area for those who love the outdoors - walkers, cyclists, kayakers - and is ideal for a relaxing holiday in a tranquil environment.
